SHAUN NICHOLLS ROOFING

                            HEREBY GUARANTEES THE INSTALLATION AND MATERIALS OF THE FELT
                            ROOFING SYSTEM for a period of 15 YEARS to prevent the ingress of rain or snow subject to the
                            following exclusions:

                            1. Storm damage.
                            2. Damage caused by lighting, fire, hurricanes or earthquake.
                            3. Damage caused by sharp objects associated with foot traffic.
                            4. Damage cause by failure of the roof decking when not installed by out team.
                            5. Any deliberate or accidental damage.
                            6. Damage caused by defects in adjoining areas such as defective tiles, coping stones, pointing, porous brickwork or
                                 render.
                            7. Deficiencies or movement in the building structure.
                            8. Damage caused by leaking fuels or oils.
                            9. Any claims under this guarantee that are found not to be the FELT membrane or the labour relating to it are
                                chargeable as an inspection fee. Such charge being £20 per hour (increasing with inflation throughout the term).
                                Should payment not be received, the guarantee will be null and void.
                            10. This guarantee is valid when signed by the contractor and full payment has been received and cleared.
